Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My mom made an offer on a house in FLA which was accepted by seller. Deposit was cashed into escrow. Contracts were signed by both parties. Now, 7 bus days later, the seller has backed out. we invested a great deal of time and $ pursuing this house and we really wanted it. What is our legal recourse?
