Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My mom, sister, and I agreed to get a house and share it. I also have a 13 yr old granddaughter I'm raising.Mom bought the house and we all live there. We all signed an agreement (with no money specified) that was notarized. I actually pay more than double what they pay since I work. But I don't make as much working as Mom collects from Dads pension. My sister gets SSI, she is handicapped. I don't think I should pay the majority. My mom used to watch my girl for me but recently got in trouble with CPS for slapping her face. Now I keep my girl with me rather than have mom watch her. I'm thinking I should move. What legal responsibility do I have to stick around because I signed the paperwork in good faith?

The owner of the property must maintain the property and the expenses. Cant advise you about the document without seeing the document.
If you are a partial owner, you can ask them to buy you out or bring a partition action ( forced sale).
