Money in escrow account

After closing title co. held funds in an escrow account, until repairs to property were complete. Everything is done bu,t, title co closed and the owner wont return my funds nor show proof of escrow account. Where can I report this?

A lawsuit is in order. You should also contact the Florida Department of Professional Business.

You don't report it, you sue for the funds.
