Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I had a first and second mortgage from the same company. They foreclosed on the first. Since the company has the house, do I still owe the second?

You could find that there could be a deficiency judgement from both mortgages. The second mortgage should have been foreclosed on with the first. Take a look and see if the complaint talks about the second mortgage.
