Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My mortgage company refuse to post a payment that I made last October to my account. I've called multiple times and also submitted multiple research request and still nothing. What can I do. At this point?

Keep your records of payment and dispute it in writing.

Dispute the failure to account for the payment in writing to the mortgage company certified return receipt requested. Eventually it will be figured out. Keep a copy of the cashed check both sides as that will become important later on.
