Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I had a mortgage with Countrywide. They have since gone bankrupt (or at least under due to the feds and corupt buisiness practice) and Bank of America now has my mortgage note. Do Ihave a contract to pay this mortgage note to Bank of America?

You have a contract to pay whoever holds the note. If your note was assigned to BOA, then it's BOA.
