Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have a mortgage with my father in law who is deceased. The curator is trying to modify the mortgage and if not accepted by me will foreclose. the note clearly states that mortgage will be paid when property is sold. Also states if Lender is deceased mortgage and note are null and void. I need help.
