Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If my name is on the mortgage with my father in law and I am the only one making mortgage payments but my name is not on deed. What rights do I have if my father in law threathens to kick me and my children out.

You have no possessory rights if you don't own the property. Your name on the mortgage does not give you those rights. At best you have a right to claim a lien for all payments made but that would be offset by reasonable rental value as well. Seek some legal guidance.
