Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
In a mortgage foreclosure action, if the Notice of Lis Pendens is dismissed without prejudice and a year later (in same case file) Reinstate the Lis Pendens - Do Judgments filed and certified inbetween the 1st filing and the reinstatement attached to the real property and have to be served as a defendant?

All inferior liens have to be included in the foreclosure action even if the lis pendens is reinstated. It wont date back and put everyone on notice if it was discharged.
