Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

mortgage hardship

I am 3 months behind in my mortgage...my child support is to cover my mortgage payment and he is 3 months behind. My home's current value us about $140K and my mortgage is $240K...could I have this re-written due to hardship, rather than foreclose?
