Mortgage

My husband and I are going through a divorce. We bought a home about 3 years ago. My name is only on the title, not the mortgage. Can they come after me if he refuses to pay his mortgage?

If they foreclose, they will sue you for the deed, but you are not liable for any money owed on the mortgage.
