mortgage lenders
a mortgage lender, after my completion of a VOE, changed the information and signed my name to a totally different VOE than the one I filled out - I am in the process of having the county go after the broker but can I take her to court for any monetary suit?

You may have a claim for damages under fraud, civil theft or perhaps civil conspiracy if there was more than one party involved. Consult with an attorney about possible causes of action.
