Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
As mortgagee I must foreclose on a private mortgage on income property. Mortgage had no receivership clause. Mortgagor in default continues to collect rents but refuses to pay the mortgage payments. How do I quickly get appointed receivership rights?

First you will need to proceed with either a breach of contract claim or foreclosure action. Then you can do/file a motion for receivership rights to collect the rent being paid the mortgagor.
