Do you have inspections for a home if you're not granted a mortgage?

We signed papers, but the self proclaimed realtor now refuses to give us our copies, or put our mortage through, but we paid for every inspection and a down payment on the house. Can I sue her and get my house free and clear or get my money back or what would be great; BOTH!

Look to your contract. It determines the rights and obligations of the parties.
