Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My mother is buying a condo in Massachusetts and I would like to purchase half of it with her. She has three adult children, one of which is estranged so is going to be removed from her will. Question is what has to be done to ensure my equity in the condo from the estranged sibling?
