Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Before my mother died and without my knowledge, she did a quick claim deed and added me and my siblings to her deed. Now the condo association and the property tax office is looking to us to pay the fees and taxes. The property is unoccupied since her death. It is a senior citizen residence and non of us have an interest in the property. Do we have to pay?
