Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My mother in law is 75 and is showing signs of forgetfulness, I discovered during a recent conversation tat in 2005 she sold 2 homes, she was given a 10,000 deposit and hasn't received the remaining balance. After a thourough search online, I found that a lot of money has been borrowed on both properties and several non existant businesses are being run from them, I believe one of the houses has gone into foreclosure. My mother in law is in reciept of social security. Does she qualify for Pro Bono? Does she need a Lawyer? Can she reposses these properties without one?
