my mother lives in tampa.Accepted a contract on the sale of her hom. Ashed the agent to change the date she had to be out . He set it for 1 month he said lets not worry about that she persisted and he did not change it. She want out of the sale. She is 85 has lived in the home for 50 yrs. I feel he did not to her due dilligance and is taking advantage of her because of her age. He said you don't want legal action do you want to end up in court. this has all happened in the last 5 days. what can she do

If she read and signed it, she may be stuck or face an action for specific performance as well as an action for the commission. Can you show a mental deficiency?
