Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My mother owns a rental property that she intends to list for sale. What sort of language does she need to add to a lease renewal giving the tenant notice that the property is for sale? What is legally required, or standard, with regards to showings, move out notice, etc? Thanks for any help!
