Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My mother recently passed away. She allowed a mobile home she owned to be used by a friend on their property. I have the title for the mobile home. What are my legal rights to that mobile home? Can I sell it ?

Not until you are the owner. Estate must go to probate.

If they are in possession even if you own it, you would need to evict them. You say you have title, but you don't say title is in your name. I agree with Mr. Slater, probate needed to get property in your name if not already. Sorry for your loss
