Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My Mother who is 84 has rental property in Polk County, Florida which is in need of repairs. Since she is on a fixed income and can't pay for the repairs she has a tenant who is behind on the rent and refuses to leave. How can we have the property condemned so that she does not have liablility from the renters is anything happens to them because the repairs haven't been done? Please advise

Why don't you just evict the tenant who hasn't paid rent? Having the property condemned will mean that your mother must move out, too.
