Motion to Appear By Phone
I am in the middle of a foreclosure and just recieved noticed that the bank was granted a motion to appear by phone. What are my responsiblities on the date this is granted for, and what does this mean for me?

Re: Motion to Appear By Phone
No difference to you. It just means that, instead of having a human being present at the hearing, they will be there by speaker-phone. You should appear at the hearing just as you intended before their motion to appear by phone was granted and make your arguments.
