Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I moved in with a friend who bought all new furniture for the house and I had to get did of my furniture , I am now moving out and would like to know is my bedroom furniture which was deemed a gift truly mine? Do I have legal right to take with me ?

You conclude at the end that the furniture was a gift. If there are facts supporting that conclusion than it may be yours to do as you please. Perhaps the best way to deal with this is to check with your friend and make sure.
