Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I moved out of my mother's apartment when the lease was up for the year, provided a written letter and called the property manager and left a message, which she never returned my call. My mom renewed the lease but was later evicted, and the landlord sued me along with her and filed the old lease with my name on it with the court. I have tried to contact the court about it but the civil records division about it but they said there's nothing I can do. How do I get this removed from my record? I had already rented another house with another lease when the eviction was filed and now I can't rent another home because of this.

If you are improperly joined in the eviction action, you need to file a Motion to Dimiss or Motion to Strike you are as party.
