Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Negligent Management company

I live in private community, tenants were allowed to move in bypassing all necessary rules set by association. Tenants became really disruptive, violating many rules, they were finally evicted. Tenants believe that i was reason they were evicted and damaged my property, when police report was filed, i found out that management company/association did not have accurate information on these tenants and it has become difficult to find them to make them responsible for my damages and criminal charges, can i sue management company/association for their negligence and my damages???

Yes, you can sue them but I think it would be proper to sue the Association rather than the management company or to be safe, sue both. The management company generally acts as the agent for the Association so they Association will be liable for any judgment entered against the management company. The bigger question is whether or not you can win.
