Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My neighbor wants me to cut tree branches that hang over his property from my property. I feel it is his responsibility to cut the branches if he wants to. what is the law?

It's your tree. If the branches need to be cut, and you want them cut in any particular manner, you should handle it. Otherwise, your neighbor can just lop the tree off at the property line - and send you the bill.
