Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My neighbor has a delapedated boat which is partly on my property. A survey does not show the boat but rather a property line running between to stakes. I have asked him to remove it, but to no avail. What can I do?

You can hire a real estate attorney who will sue him and get a court order to make him move his boat off of your property.
