Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My neighbor instructed his landscaper to remove limps from a tree on my property with out my permission. He did so cutting several 6-8in. limps at the trunk using a bucket truck brought onto my property in my absence. The trees appearance is ruined.
Wdamageshat are my dammages, and from who.

They committed a trespass. Both are responsible as principle and agent. Unless the tree is permanently damaged, your award will be nominal and up to the judge to prevent it from happening again.
