Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My neighbor has placed a plant in the middle of a tree that sits on the boundary between our two properties. I have asked the neighbor to remove the plant from my property but they are unwilling. What are my options to remove the plant or have them remove the plant?

I'm not sure I understand why a plant is so offensive and if it is worth creating conflict with your neighbor. But, if it's on your property, then remove it.
