Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My neighbor has placed a plant in the middle of a tree that sits on the boundary between our two properties. I have asked the neighbor to remove the plant from my property but they are unwilling. What are my options to remove the plant or have them remove the plant?

Whose tree is it? Who maintains the tree? What kind of plant does someone place on a tree, like a bromeliad or hanging plant? I think you need to seriously consider whether this is worth ruining your relationship with your neightbor or whether you should just live and let live.
