Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Me and my neighbors have recent surveys all agreeing and from different surveyors yet the county and across neighbors says our surveys are wrong and when i ask them to show me their survey they dont they just say that their surveyor agrees with my across neighbor and are trying to place a r/w road through our properties even allowed across neighbor to build a fence through our properties
