Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Non Commercial Truck parked on condo grounds

Is it legal for an association to prevent me from parking my brand new pick up truck on condo grounds. In the rules and regulations, they are citing city ordinance as a key reason, however I have searched high and low for this ordinance and the only clause I can find only relates to commercial vehicles. I had also considered the possibility of the association bringing up the size of the vehicle and it taking up too much room, however there are quite a few SUV's larger than my pickup, parked in our designated spots.

Re: Non Commercial Truck parked on condo grounds

A pickup truck is a commercial vehicle whether you use it as such or not. Check your condo documents regarding this issue.
