Notice of interest (lien)

I am interested in purchasing some

property that had a Notice of interest

filed against it in 2005 by an LLC.

I have since researched to find that

the LLC has dissolved.

Is that lien still active or has the time

elapsed caused it to be void?

It is probaly invalid, but without more info it is not certain.
