Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Our offer was acceped on a florida condo 08/01, contract signed money down paid, seller now 08/10 says she wants out of the contract. Please tell us this is not possible for her to accomplish.

The seller can get out of the contract by breaching and failing to perform as required... You could sue for specific performance and attempt to require the seller to go through with the sale. Otherwise you are limited to the contractual damages or damages that you can actually prove.
