Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Do you offer help on selling Timeshare properties? Specifically, if I have paid $499 to BuyOwnerReality, based in Daytona, FL, and now they claim I should pay $495 for a CMA, when my contract clearly says I will have no other costs and will receive my $499 back if they don't sell my property in 6 months, is this a scam? I am a widow looking for advice on what to do next. I live in Manitowoc, WI and my timeshare is in Daytona, FL.
Thank you for your reply. Deb Troge

What is a CMA? whether it is required or not is governed by your contract.
