Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We have an offer on a "short sale" home in Florida, since December. We have had to extend the contract a couple of times. Do we have any right of an update or progress from the bank? Can they keep extending it indefinitly?
Thank you.

No, you don't have a 'right' in this respect. Unfortunately, it is common for the banks to take too long.

No rights and banks tend to take a long time. Best of luck to you.
