Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I own an office condo (free and clear of mortgages) 50/50 with my ex partner. He refuses to sign a listing agreement, or even rent it out. What is my recourse?

If your partner refuses to sell the property you may attempt to sell your half in the event your interest is a tenant in common interest. Otherwise you may need to file a partition action in Court in an attempt to have the Court compel a sale of the property and a distribution of the sales proceeds.
