Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
we have an ongoing dispute with our neighbor, she sent us a certified hand written letter of her intent to move an adjoining common fence, in it she requested we move our fence away from hers, to which we complied. on sundays, we go to church, in the time frame we're gone, she is constantly trespassing on our property and vandalizing it. I looked up the state law regarding this and this law distinctly says, that she is trespassing and vandalizing our property, when we call the local police, they tell us unless they see her committing, these crimes, she has done nothing wrong. they tell us that if we accompany the officer to her door, we can tell her not to trespass anymore, however; she refuses to answer the door when they attempt to contact her. this then ends their resposibility in the matter with exception of filing an incident report
what can we do and what is the law as it would seem that the law is about protecting the criminal, rather than the victims of crimes

Put up a camera or camcorder to catch her in the act. You need proof because you have not actually seen her commit these crimes.
