what do i owe
i moved into a house that was under construction...i was told the work would be done in 2 weeks....it took 2 months for them to finish...they also never got the lease to us....after 2 i/2 months someone from the bank the the landlord got her mortgage thru came by and told us she was losing the house and we had to move out. i called her to make her aware but she never returned my call. a week befor we moved her handyman came by and said the were going to fight this in court and offered to lower the rent if we stayed...but we had already found another lease and signed it...now she says we can't back our security deposit and we have to pay all the utilies and won't show us a copy of the bills....also the worker were uses the power and water in the home...what do i owe

I wouldn't worry until she contacts you in writing or sues you. Then she will have to legally explain her claim and her expenses.
