who has ownership over a cell phone me or my x girlfriend? the phone is in my name and everthing else to.

The owner is the person who purchased the phone and is responsible for paying the phone charges. Unless another person can prove that the phone and payment of the bill is a GIFT,
or that the purchaser of the phone is somehow contractually bound to provide a phone for the other party.
