How do you quit claim a property that has delinquent taxes?

Hi:
Whomever you quit claim the deed to they will take whatever interest you have in the property which is delinquent taxes. If the taxes go unpaid for a long enogh period then the property will be sold on a tax deed sale.

Answer: The same way you quit-claim a property that doesn't have delinquent taxes.
