Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

If a package is left at your door from a mail order catalog company with your address on it, are you legally obligated to return it if you never ordered the items. Also Is all mail sent to your address legally yours if its in your mailbox?

Is your name on it? Was it specifically addressed to you? If not, return it or bring it back to the service that delivered it to you by mistake.
