Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have not paid my mortgage on my house in 2 years in New York state. If I try to get a mortgage for another home in Florida, will I be able to get appproved?

Not really a legal question so much as a banking question. You likely are going to have a problem. Best to check with the lender you want to use.
