Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

how can i get paid in a realestate transation or before the transation if im bring buyers to seller.

this is what i do.

i find people looking to buy on owner financing the i put the seller and together. and i as for a consultant fee. 5k for each deal.

now i waht to work with agents. that have house listings.

how can i make this happen.

That seems to be exactly what a Realtor does. If so, you can't unless you are a licensed Realtor or Attorney.
