PamRefinance & bankruptcy

Have never filed bankruptcy, in process now but have not filed in court yet, but do I have to reveal this in applying for refinancing on my present home?

yes, of course you do. Read your application for financing carefully, and you will find a provision requireing you to inform them of any change in your finances. A bankruptcy would qualify as such. Not reporting this to your lender could be construed as criminal fraud.
