How do I get these papers?
My father passed away without a will. He has an old truck that has been in the family for years and now I would like to get tags for it in the state of ga. however thay wont let me get them without a letter of testimentary from the state of fla. How do I get this letter without actually going to Fla?

You can retain an attorney to handle the probate, typically either a full administration, or a summary administration and do everything through the mail.
You should not have to ever appear, but you will have to provide information to the attorney over the telephone, by email or fax so that he/she can prepare the appropriate documents.
