Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

both my parents passed away this year...my father first then my mother. they had a small home in citrus county with a $42,000 mortgage that i've been paying. when my father died i notified the mortgage company and they said it was now my mother's responsibility. now that my mom passed i notified them and they said to get an attorney and find out what to do. my mother was on medicaid in a nursing home before she passed. medicaid told me they place no claim on the home...i'm the only heir...there was no will. there's no money or assets but this small home with a little equity. what kind of lawyer will i need...what process is going to take place. thanks so much...
