My dad had dimenta at the time an ignored it so the city demolished the house and put a lien of 8000 dollars on the property. My dad passed away since. My mom cannot afford to pay the lien. She can sell the property and pay off the lien. The city will wait for sale or transfer of the property to receive their payment.
