Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I am part owner of a mobile home with my mother. The title is in both of our names. The contract we have with the purchaser has both my & my mothers name. Can the purchaser choose who he wants to pay monthly? I have a contract the my mother signed saying that I will recieve an X amount of money a month from the monthly payment of the home, after a loan I took out for her is paid. My mother now wants all the money paid to her every month. Do I have any legal rights?

Yes. If you both sold it, the payment goes to both unless you both make another arrangement.
