Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

i am going thru a partion suit. on the weekend we came to a agreement on splitting the properties. it was signed and witnessed. now they have decided they don't agree with the division. can i take this to court and divide the properties like was agreed upon?

ps: this is the second time he has done this, the first time was when we settled at remediation and they decided not to do it. his lawyer dropped him as a client after that.

You will need to have the written agreement reviewed by an attorney to be sure if it is enforceable or not. The prior mediation agreement may be enforecable as well, but it needs to be reviewed .Do you have an attorney? If not, it is time to get one.
